With almost 15 years of experience in the field of psychology, Bandna has worked in various settings including universities as Assistant Professor, the NHS as Senior Psychologist, advisor and supervisor for trainees and charities, among others.

Bandna follows a person-centred, multi-formulation approach to understand the clients’ presentations and assist them in exploring adaptive styles of coping in their onward journey.

With a curious and non-judgemental attitude, she approaches the privilege of being there to unpack the narrative that clients bring to therapy and explore ways to enable them to lead a more meaningful and values congruent life.
