Calling Participants for Research
Questa’s director, Bandna Rekhi is conducting this study and would be grateful for support from people undergoing or considering hair transplant interventions. We provide a summary of the study below:

For Patients
If you’ve undergone hair restoration surgery in the past 12 months, we would like to hear about your consultation experience.
Participation options:
- Small group discussion – A relaxed online conversation with 2–3 other participants focusing on general consultation experiences (not personal medical histories)
- One-to-one interview – A private conversation with the researcher
Both formats take approximately 60 minutes and can be conducted via video call or phone. All information will be treated confidentially and anonymised.

For Healthcare Professionals
We are also seeking healthcare professionals involved in hair restoration consultations, including:
- Surgeons
- Psychologists
- GPs
- Dermatologists
- Trichologists
- Aesthetic practitioners
What’s involved:
A one-to-one online interview (approximately 60 minutes) discussing your perspectives on patient consultations, decision-making processes, and how you approach discussions about expectations and risks.
